Patricia A. O'Brien

Pat O'Brien is director of human resources for Minnesota Community Foundation and The Saint Paul Foundation.
Pat brings 25 years of professional experience to the Foundations. In her role, she oversees, develops and administers a variety of human resources activities. Major areas of responsibility include recruitment support and candidate selection, employee relations, performance management and employee training, compensation, benefits, employment law and compliance. Pat supports the development of staff so that both people and the organization are performing at maximum capability in a fulfilling manner.
Pat holds a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University. She comes to the Foundations from St. Olaf College, where she was the associate director of human resources.
