We provide grants to fund a wide range of projects involving education, human services, humanities, the arts and community development. Our grants are awarded to nonprofit organizations and public entities, serving residents of the East Metro area of Dakota, Ramsey and Washington counties in Minnesota. *(2007 annual report)
