Proposals We Will Not Consider
The Foundation will not consider grant applications for:
- Ongoing annual operating expenses.
- Sectarian religious programs.
- Grants to individuals.
- Capital projects located outside Dakota, Ramsey and Washington counties.
- Programs not serving residents of Dakota, Ramsey and Washington counties.
