Sample Letter of Instruction to Your Broker
If you plan to transfer stock to your fund please notify our staff that a gift is being wired. We have many brokerage accounts and may well have one with your brokerage firm. We need to know the stock, number of shares and the broker handling the transaction. We will work with your broker to complete the transaction. Stock Power Form and Letter of Intent
If you are mailing stock certificates we will need a signed stock power form and a letter of intent mailed in one envelope and the stock certificate in another. You can download these forms above.
Foundation Enhances Donor Advised Fund Investment Program
Donor Advised Fund donors can now choose from four investment portfolios. In addition, they gain the option to recommend changes to their fund's investments on a quarterly basis. |
