Eligibility |
Applicants must have recently completed or will complete by July 1, 2010, an Adult Basic Education program in Minnesota (GED, adult diploma, skills brush-up). Applicants should be enrolling in an accredited post-secondary undergraduate 2-year or 4-year program in Fall 2010. |
