Twin Cities Public Television (TPT) received a Regional Emmy® Award for Best Community Affairs Program/Series for the documentary “Lowertown, the Rise of an Urban Village.” The Lowertown Future Fund of The Saint Paul Foundation provided major support for the production of the documentary. The Lowertown Future Fund is a donor advised fund of The Saint Paul Foundation, established in 2007, dedicated to the continued growth and development of Lowertown, Saint Paul's historic urban village, while enhancing and enriching the artistic, cultural and social life of this new national model for neighborhood revitalization.
