Connecting our core strengths.
Pursuing shared interests.
Achieving more together.

Two foundations. One direction.

To help all people find hope and opportunity, Minnesota Community Foundation and The Saint Paul Foundation are focusing collective resources to address the most pressing issues facing our state and region.

We can do more by collaborating. Our work is guided and focused by a common vision and mission. We also share core values because how we do our work is as important as what we do.

As two community foundations with one direction, we can bring more voices and more resources to issues that demand attention. Closer strategic alignment enables us to share information and develop best practices to impact important issues facing our communities.

Please take a moment to share your thoughts about our strategic framework by completing a short survey. We'd like to hear from you.

Enrichments - our quarterly newsletter

More than 10 years ago, The Saint Paul Foundation created a strategic grantmaking plan with input from community members. Creating an anti-racist community was the very first goal. Ambitious? Yes. Essential? Absolutely.

We’re on the brink of launching our next strategic plan and in it we renew our commitment to combating racism and racial disparities.

We are aligning our work with our sister foundation, Minnesota Community Foundation, to achieve greater impact in our community and across the state.

How we do our work is as important as what we do. In the spirit of working together, on the issue of racism and many others, we know we can’t do this alone. We are privileged to advance this work in partnership with many others in our community.

We share their stories here and hope that they inspire you to take action of your own. Read more in our spring issue of Enrichments (PDF).

Past issues of Enrichments can be found in DownloadsEnrichments is the Foundation newsletter published quarterly.
